This page explains what Grapners collects on grapners.com and why. It is written for a marketing site and a quote form - not as a substitute for legal advice on a product we build for you.
What we collect
The quote form asks for first name, last name, email, phone, and a message. That is the personal data we process from the form. Server logs may include your IP address and browser when you load the site.
Why we collect it
We use form submissions to reply to quote and career enquiries. We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising lists.
Who receives it
Form posts go to our /api/contact route on this site, which emails info@grapners.com. Career resumes sent to that inbox are read by Grapners staff only.
Website chat
The chat widget sends your messages to our /api/chat route on this site, which calls Google Gemini to answer from Grapners website copy. We do not use chat transcripts for advertising. Email info@grapners.com if you want a conversation forgotten.
Analytics and scripts
We load Google Analytics (G-6XES3N38PX) to understand which pages are used. A HubSpot tracking script is also present. Those vendors process usage data under their own terms. You can block them with a browser content blocker.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox while the conversation is active, then follow our normal mail retention. We do not run a separate marketing database of form fills.
Your requests
Email info@grapners.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete an enquiry. Include the address you used on the form so we can find it.
